Seared Scallops with Lemon Butter and Capers

Pat the scallops dry on both sides.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add scallops to searing hot oil, spaced apart. Don't move them!

Flip and sear again.

Add butter, lemon, garlic, and capers to the pan.

Re-add the scallops, add the lemon zest and parsley.
