Ingredients: Chocolate, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Espresso Powder, Vanilla, Eggs, Sugar
Whisk the dry ingredients into the melted chocolate, butter mixture
Beat the egg whites with the sugar to stiff peaks
Whisk the egg yolks into the chocolate mixture one at a time
Fold the meringue into the chocolate mixture in 3 additions
Do not over-mix! Mix just until there are no more streaks of meringue
