Ingredients
• 32oz cream cheese (at room temp)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/3 cup cake flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• For the sauce: heat 1 cup dulce de leche and 1/2 cup heavy cream in a small saucepan until well combined and runny
Preparation
• Preheat your oven to 400°F
• Whip your cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy
• Add in your eggs, heavy cream, cake flour, and baking powder and mix until smooth and creamy
• Add a sheet of parchment paper to an 8-inch cake pan
• Pour your cheesecake mix into the parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes!
• Let cool completely and refrigerate overnight!
• Pour your dulce de leche sauce, slice, serve and enjoy!
