Ingredients
• 1 Italian espresso maker
• Skim milk
• Espresso powder
• 2 chocolate truffles
• 1 1/2 tbsp whipped cream
• Optional: cinnamon or cocoa powder to dust
Preparation
• Add milk to your espresso machine just under the vent mark
• Add your espresso powder (I added about 1 1/2 tbsp)
• Place your espresso machine on medium/low heat until it begins to brew
• Add your chocolate truffles and mix it well!
Serve on a mug, top with whipped cream and cinnamon, and enjoy!
