Ingredients
• 4 ripe bananas
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 white granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup light brown packed sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups cake flour
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F
• Smash your bananas in a large bowl
• Add oil, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla, then mix well
• Add flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda
• Mix in your walnuts and place mix in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
• Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
• Let cool, serve and enjoy!
