Ingredients:
• 40oz cream cheese (at room temp)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup coconut cream
• 1/3 cup cake flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
Topping:
• Shaved coconut
• Toasted almonds
• 8oz melted milk chocolate
Preparation
• Preheat your oven to 400°F
• Whip your cream cheese sugar and coconut cream until smooth and creamy.
• Add in your eggs, heavy cream, cake flour, vanilla, and baking powder, then mix until smooth and creamy
• Add a sheet of parchment paper to an 8-inch cake pan and pour your cheesecake mix in. Bake for 45 minutes!
• Let your cheesecake cool completely and refrigerate overnight!
• Top with roasted almonds, coconut shavings, and melted milk chocolate
• Slice, serve, and enjoy!
